    Brief Job Description:
     
    • Check the Timekeeping data for all employees attendance system;
    • Process the salary and tax calculation according to the System;
    • Check the payroll calculation in accordance to the stated regulation;
    • Prepare the salary, tax, BPJS Health, and BPJS Worker payment by using the system;
    • Prepare Employee Tax Report (WHT Art 21) by using e-SPT System, monthly and yearly basis;
    • Prepare BPJS Reports (both Health & Worker) to BPJS and process employee registration in EDABU System as Super Admin;
    • Review the Medical Scheme each year for Insurance Benefit & Limit and BPJS Health;
    • Support Superior in doing the yearly Salary and benefit Survey;
    • Check the registration of new employee, attendance record by weekly basis, overtime calculation, employee shift attendance, and employee medical deduction;
    • Review employee annual leave and monthly attendance record;
    • Monitor and ensure recruitment process meet ISO procedure, user requirement until fulfill manpower request;
    • Provide contract agreement for new employee;
    • Administer Insurance Website for company medical data claim;
    • Provide data for monthly meeting purpose.
    • General Requirement:
    • Have a bachelor degree in psychology, HR Management, or equal;
    • Good English written, oral, and presentation skill;
    • Have good leadership role;
    • Have excellent communication skill and able to develop close relation with the other internal or external parties;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce;
    • Excellent time management, problem prevention, and problem solving skills;
    • Work accurately with close attention to detail;
    • Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
     
    Specific Requirement:
     
    • Have experience at least 3 years of professional experience across all HR discipline, especially in Payroll;
    • Have experience working with a diverse workforce;
    • Familiar with handling Payroll System, BPJS Health and Worker, and Employee work contract;
    • Have in-depth knowledge of regulatory manpower;
    • Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior
    • Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat.
