In order to do so, they are in need of a Head of Online Campaigns to ensure maximum results in customer acquisition and retention through effective and exciting online campaigns/marketing programs.
     
    Description
     
    Reporting directly to the Country Head, the Head of Online Marketing will be responsible for:
    • Managing the overall online campaigns team, including CRM, Social Media, Copywriting, and Campaigns
    • Overseeing the budget and its respective allocation
    • Being the main point of contact for the Indonesian team in regards to regional-level campaigns
    • Growing the business through online marketing channels
    • Analyzing user journey from beginning to end to drive acquisition and retention strategies
    • Monitoring growth metrics on daily basis
    • Closely catching up with KPIs and taking action on existing trends
    • Producing campaign reports and A/B testing
    • Planning and implementing seasonal and year-long local campaigns
    • Working with other marketing teams to drive brand awareness
    Profile
     
    As the Head of Online Campaigns, the ideal candidate should possess:
    • Impeccable communication skills, both in English and Indonesian
    • Solid experience in email and mobile marketing tools, with strong social media analytics as well
    • Analytical skills with solid insights and business acumen
    • Creative mindset with deep understanding of the market dynamics
    • Able to work independently and thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
    • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams of different functions
